COMMUNITY SERVICE CASE MANAGER
The Community Service Case Manager will work closely with program participants to ensure they complete their assigned hours. This includes conducting intake appointments, helping a participant select an approved work site, and attending court proceedings to provide information to judges, attorneys, and probation officers. Approximately 30% of this position is direct participant interaction and 70% is administrative case management.
The Reentry Coach will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in our evidence based Intensive Reentry Program. The Reentry Coach will travel to and enter correctional facilities to work with participants in the Reentry program. This position requires a background in psychology, sociology, criminal justice, social work, human services, or related fields of study.
The Board will support the work of OAR and provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance. While day-to-day operations are led by OAR’s chief executive officer (CEO), the Board-CEO relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is both critical and expected. Specific Board Member responsibilities include:
Unpaid full-time (30 hours or more at least four full days a week) internship opportunities are available every semester and offer students a unique experience within the social services field. OAR only accepts interns that can commit to full-time internships.
