Donating to OAR
In this uncertain economic climate, nonprofit 501(c) organizations such as OAR confront major challenges coping with budget cuts for social services at both state and local levels of government. But the trend toward fiscal austerity does not adequately address the sea change in recent years toward privatization in the social services delivery system. Thus as the burden of public health and safety falls increasingly upon the private, nonprofit sector, financial support for these programs dwindles.
It is therefore contingent upon community organizations and individual donors to recognize the public safety benefits of OAR programs and services: reducing the costly cycle of recidivism, eliminating homelessness, promoting gainful employment, and ensuring that parents responsibly provide for their children. Please support our efforts to make your community a healthier and safer place to live. Become a part of the OAR mission. Give generously. All donations are tax deductible.
Donations of all kinds go directly to programs that benefit our clients. Become a beacon of hope for your community.
