How to Apply
Please submit a completed application form along with two letters of reference as noted in the application, and proof of eligibility to enroll in the educational program.
The application form is available online as a PDF document, from the OAR/Arlington office, or by mail.
Review the Applicant Checklist section of the application for a complete list of required and optional attachments. Applicants may be asked to participate in an interview with the scholarship review committee.

Offender Aid and Restoration accepts scholarship applications three times a year to correspond with tradition academic terms:

Application Assistance Available
Assistance with scholarship applications is available through OAR Employment and Reentry Services. A reentry advisor works with the applicant to complete the application form, evaluate the applicant’s documentation, and assess the relevance of required and optional attachments. For assistance:
