Restorative Justice in Your Community

How does Restorative Justice affect you and your family?
Join us for a one-hour tour

OAR blends compassion and accountability to help offenders return home to become productive citizens and reunited with families, making our community stronger and safer. Join us for an engaging hour that will introduce you to the mission and vision of OAR. During this hour, we will share the wonderful stories of the clients and families we serve.

Each one-hour tour features a brief presentation from OAR’s Visionary Leader, a chance to talk with our Board and Staff members, and a tour of the departments at OAR’s office. We hope you can make it and bring a friend!

“After being away for 25 years, I was released with $25, I was homeless, with no income, my family didn’t want to see me, I was scared and disoriented. I wondered around for a day not knowing where I was- Arlington is not what it used to be. Finally someone told me about OAR and I walked into their office and that very day they feed me, got me into a shelter, and started helping me with the job search. I now have a job and a home. OAR believed in me and with their help I now believe in myself.”
