PAPIS (Pre and Post-Incarceration Services) Coalition

OAR belongs to the PAPIS (Pre and Post-Incarceration Services) Coalition, and together, we serve 65% of the state of Virginia with reentry services and come together to advocate for funds and reforms across the state of VA.
