PAPIS (Pre and Post-Incarceration Services) Coalition
OAR belongs to the PAPIS (Pre and Post-Incarceration Services) Coalition, and together, we serve 65% of the state of Virginia with reentry services and come together to advocate for funds and reforms across the state of VA. Each organization has its own Board of Directors, staffing, and budgets. Below are the other eight members of the coalition and the localities they serve:
