OAR Volunteer Opportunities
We are excited to connect with individuals interested in the OAR mission. Below are our current volunteer opportunities that are available throughout the year. Welcome Home Kits
From May through September, OAR collects items for Welcome Home Kits to support neighbors returning to the community after incarceration who may not have stable housing. Volunteers are invited to donate new items listed in the instructions below, including clothing, backpacks, and snacks.
This is a wonderful individual, family, or group activity that can be organized at any time that works best for you. Donations can be dropped off at the OAR Welcome Center.

Hypothermia Kits
From October through April, OAR collects items for Hypothermia Kits to support neighbors returning to the community after incarceration who may not have stable housing. Volunteers are invited to donate new items listed in the instructions below, including warm clothing, backpacks, hygiene supplies, and snacks.
This is a wonderful individual, family, or group activity that can be organized at any time that works best for you. Donations can be dropped off at the OAR Welcome Center.
